Identity Audit

A 15-minute guided starting point for greater clarity.

Get specific about what may be getting in the way.

You don't need to know exactly what you want to work on.

You may simply know that something keeps happening.

A conversation you continue to avoid.

A decision you keep revisiting.

A responsibility you know you should release but keep taking back.

A reaction that doesn't reflect how you want to show up.

Or a version of success that no longer feels quite like the one you want.

The Identity Audit is a 15-minute guided exercise designed to help you get more specific about the person you want to become, the pattern that keeps showing up, and what that pattern may be costing.

It is a place to begin — before deciding whether coaching, another form of support, or simply working with what you discover on your own makes sense.

What the Identity Audit is

The Identity Audit is a guided self-audit.

It is not a diagnostic or psychometric assessment.

There is no personality type to receive and no assessment result you need to interpret.

Instead, the exercise creates enough space to look more deliberately at something real:

Who do I want to become?

What pattern keeps showing up?

What might that pattern be creating or costing?

The goal is not to produce the “right” answer.

It is to leave with greater specificity than you had when you started.

Why start here?

Awareness becomes useful when it gets specific.

It's difficult to work with:

“I need to be a better leader.”

Or:

“I need more confidence.”

Or:

“I need to stop overthinking.”

Those may all be true.

But meaningful change usually begins when we can connect the general idea to an actual pattern in an actual moment.

The Identity Audit is designed to help you begin doing that.

You don't have to arrive with a coaching objective.

You don't have to know what is underneath the pattern.

And you don't have to decide what comes next before doing the work.

The first step is simply seeing more clearly.

The Identity Audit may be useful if…

  • You know how you want to show up but don't always respond that way when the pressure rises.
  • Something that helped you become successful seems to be creating friction now.
  • You keep encountering the same kind of situation, reaction, or decision.
  • You are carrying something you aren't sure you still need to carry.
  • Or you simply know that something feels misaligned, but you haven't yet made it specific enough to work with.

You do not need a fully formed problem statement.

That's part of the point.

How it works

1. Complete the short contact form.

Provide the information needed so I can send you the Identity Audit.

2. Check your inbox.

You'll receive an automated email with the Identity Audit attached, along with my contact information and a link to my calendar. No scheduling is required.

3. Give yourself about 15 minutes.

Work through the Audit on your own time. Specific and useful matters more than polished.

4. Decide what you want to do next.

There is no obligation to continue into coaching. If it would be useful to talk through what surfaced, you can use the calendar link in the email to schedule a 30-Minute Clarity Conversation. Sometimes the right next step is 1:1 work. Sometimes it is another form of support. Sometimes it is simply taking what you learned and working with it yourself. The next step is yours.
